We have a 10-day long shelf life from the day we're baked - please keep us chilled in your fridge. You can also freeze us for up to 2-months in an airtight container.

We only dispatch for nationwide orders Monday-Thursday (to minimise the risk of any KETOnut left in a DPD warehouse over the weekend).

We bake to order, very early in the morning (4am). This means we will likely bake your order the day after you have placed it (unless its Fri-Sun), but please allow 1-3 days for processing.

Delivery time:1-3 working days
We post all of our parcels via DPD 'next day'. You will receive a message the day of delivery with a one-hour slot.
If your parcel hasn't arrived, please allow 72 hrs after dispatch before contacting us.
