Alice - Star Baker
In comes the baking queen, cruising all the way from the big smoke. Alice has gained a fountain of experience & knowledge in the world of bespoke patisserie & bakery treats. Since day dot, she’s mixed in with some of the hottest spots in London, such as Bon Bon patisserie and Hummingbird Bakery (as well as earning a diploma in patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu). 💥
Sarah - Coffee & Socials expert
Sarah is enjoying working outdoors in all weathers manning our coffee truck, Lucy the Landy. She will also be heading up all things marketing and social media, so she can often be caught with her head down, checking her phone (and hopefully not just pretending to be working hard 🥴). Sarah appreciates a good looking, tasty coffee and is working hard to perfect her barista skills. We’ve set a high standard in offering our customers the best coffee around, so...no pressure Sarah!
Mike - Research & Development Specialist
A classically trained chef, Mike has been crushing it in professional kitchen’s for 17 years across London, Essex and Bath. This has ranged from 5 star hotels to Michelin starred restaurants, a luxury golf resort and a professional rugby club (cough cough, Executive Chef @ BATH RUGBY!!!). 😳 He has personally developed recipes specifically for performance & recovery using evidence-based performance nutrition research and we will be harnessing Mike’s unique skills for our own product development. You can follow his mouthwatering creations @the_bath_chef. He shares with us a belief in traceability of produce, quality of source and flavour profile. We are so lucky to have this guy on board! Mike will be using his vast experience in the elite sporting world to come into Kinetic Kitchen as the Research & Development food specialist.
Alex - NED & Business Strategist
Alex is our NED and business strategist. Although often out of sight, he is more than happy to escape his laptop and enjoy the incredible scenery at Kinetic HQ for what is clearly the best meeting location in the South West. Alex is very much enjoying working behind the scenes for anything and everything about who we are, where we’re going, and how we should be getting there. He is a fan of the “scrummy” KETOnuts and coffee fresh from Lucy the Landy (and always seems to appear whenever there’s a salted karamel 🍩 available). Alex is a former RAF Officer, an experienced entrepreneur, effective business leader, and a trustee for two charities.
Harry - Owner, Founder, and Chief-KETOnut-Operator
The man behind the movement, who has done every job in the business - NPD, marketing, finance, sales, baking, and cleaning the toilets. Expect to find him opening the bakery at 4am, answering your emails at 10pm, and doing just about anything in between.😅 The visions of the next week, month, quarter and year fill him with complete confidence that we’ll grow at a sustainable, but fast rate! Beside eating, thinking, speaking, and sleeping Kinetic Kitchen, you’ll find Harry outdoors in nature. Cleaning up beaches, Surfing, snowboarding, hiking and soaking up the best of Mother Earth! If it’s got fresh air, he’s there. Yeaaah dude ✌🏼
