You can find information about the nutritional content of all of our products within the images of each product page (if you’re on mobile, swipe left). Please note that since we lovingly hand-bake every single KETOnut, we cannot currently guarantee the nutritional content is exactly the same for each donut but it should be very, very close! 

Our baked goods are made with 100% natural ingredients and zero additives or preservatives so they have a 7-day shelf life. They prefer cooler temps or in the unlikely event that you don’t think you’ll devour them in their 7-day eating window, you can pop them into the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months!

We bake Monday-Thursday for nationwide orders. This means processing times can vary between 1-3 working days.

Please note no orders will be processed Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Absolutely. Whilst your products are in your cart, there is a 'schedule delivery' option. Just pick and choose your desired date, and we'll do the rest.

Definitely. Add to the 'notes' sectionn at the cart page, and we'll handwrite on your delivery note.
