COVID-19 NOTICE: Although we already practice exceptional hygiene standards, please be assured that we are now taking extra precautions during our production and delivery processes to ensure the safety of our customers. We are working as hard as possible to ensure all orders placed before 8pm on a weekday are fulfilled within the time period stated in the FAQs below but we will inform you immediately if this is not going to be possible. Please also appreciate that most delivery service providers are experiencing an unprecedented increase in workload volume and, as such, may miss their target delivery times. Thank you for your continued support.

Where can I find the nutritional breakdown of your KETO products?

You can find information about the nutritional content of all of our products within the images of each product page (if you’re on mobile, swipe left). Please note that since we lovingly hand-bake every single KETOnut, we cannot currently guarantee the nutritional content is exactly the same for each donut but it should be very, very close! 

I have an allergen/intolerance, what can i order?

We’re nuts about nuts and they’re in every single one of our KETOnuts. So if you have a nut allergy, please don’t order any of our products! We also use eggs and butter/cream is used in our Karamel flavoured KETOnuts. Even though our ingredients do not contain gluten, we hand-make an unsealed product and therefore cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have had zero contact with other allergens. 

If you’re baking fresh to order, is there a shelf-life on your KETOnuts and how should I store them?

KETOnuts are made with 100% natural ingredients and zero additives or preservatives so they have a 7-day shelf life. They prefer cooler temps or in the unlikely event that you don’t think you’ll devour them in their 7-day eating window, you can pop them into the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months!


Orders & Deliveries

When will my order be processed?

We bake Monday-Thursday for nationwide orders. This means processing times can vary between 1-3 working days.

Please note no orders will be processed Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

We love you and we love our products but on very rare occasions the feeling may not be mutual. If you are dissatisfied with your order please get in touch with us so we can work it out together. Our perishable items are not available for returns or refunds.

What delivery service do you use and how long will it take to arrive?

Finding a reliable delivery service is always difficult and due to some issues we have experienced with our most recent service provider we will now be using Hermes as our preferred delivery provider. Most orders arrive within 24 hours of posting but in some rare cases deliveries will take up to 48 hours. If after 48 hours you have still not received your order please drop us a message to do some investigating.

Can I send multiple boxes to multiple addresses?

Yes! We have already had customers do exactly this for their work-from-home employees. Just send us a message after placing your order and we’ll ensure the boxes are sent to their respective destinations. Please make sure you include your name and order number in the message.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the UK - shipping rate will vary whether you are in England & Wales or Scotland & Northern Ireland. Please see the different options at checkout. We currently do not ship outside of the UK. 

Is there a maximum order quantity?

Our aim is to fulfil every order placed but we do have a maximum baking capacity of approximately 200 KETOnuts for next day despatch. If you are looking to bulk order 48 or more KETOnuts please send us a quick message to check we will be able to fulfil the order in the timeframe required. 

It’s my friends birthday - can i schedule a delivery to arrive on the big day? 

Absolutely. Again, if you want to schedule a specific date for your KETOnuts to arrive please send us a message directly after ordering with your date request, full name and order number.

How do the KETOnuts come packaged?

Having spent hours researching the most effective and eco-conscious way of packaging our products we’ve come up with letterbox sized packaging that we are truly proud of. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included:

  • A Mailer bag that is fully biodegradable ready to be tossed into your home compost or used in your food waste caddy. 

  • A delivery note made from ’seeded paper’, so be sure to plant it once you’re done and send us your pics!

  • Greaseproof paper made from plant-based plastic.

  • A beautifully branded cardboard box which is fully recyclable.

I saw somewhere that you are a member of “1% For The Planet” - what’s that all about? 

1% For The Planet is a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. Essentially we have committed to giving 1% of our annual salary to one of the companies 1% To The Planet support in their environmental work - “Surfers Against Sewage".
