Iced Vanilla & Almond Latte

Cracking open a cold one has levelled up. Why not give this performance iced latte a try at home?

Ingredients

 Method

 

80ml x espresso

2 tsp x Kinetic Blends: Almond

150ml x milk or dairy free alternative

1 x scoop x Vanilla protein powder

Handful of ice cubes 

  1. Add espresso, almond nut butter, milk and vanilla protein into a liquidiser or Nutribullet
  2. Liquidise for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Then pour into a serving glass half filled with ice.

Serves 1 glass, Prep Time: 5 Mins, Total Time: 5mins

Nutrition per serving: Calories 378 kcals, Protein 38.5g, Carbohydrates 14.2g, Fats 17.1g
