Cranberry, Vanilla & Pecan overnight Oats

The perfect breaky for someone on the go. Great for those athletes who need carbs in their lives, but don’t have the time in the morning.

Ingredients

 Method

200ml x semi skimmed milk

400ml x coconut milk

300g x natural yogurt

50g honey

1 tbs of Vanilla Extract

1/2 x level tablespoons ground cinnamon 

75g x Pecan Butter

50g x Cranberries

240g x GF jumbo porridge oats

  1. Add all wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk.

    Add all dry ingredients together and mix well.

    Combine all ingredient together and leave in the fridge in an airtight container overnight before consumed.  Keep in the fridge and consume within three days.

 

Serves 4, Prep Time: 5 Mins, Total Time: 12hrs
