Coconut Overnight Oats

This recipe is designed for a busy lifestyle, it takes 5 minutes to make and makes a great breakfast option or a carb-based snack. Add Kinetic Blends pecan nut butter, blueberries & pecans to make an amazing breakfast or snack.



200ml x semi skimmed milk

400ml x coconut milk

300g x natural yogurt

50g honey

1/2 x level tablespoons ground cinnamon 

75g x Pecan Butter

50g x raisins

240g x GF jumbo porridge oats

  1. Add all wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk.

    Add all dry ingredients together and mix well.

    Combine all ingredient together and leave in the fridge in an airtight container overnight before consumed.  Keep in the fridge and consume within three days.
