Moist. Chocolatety. Full of flavour. This is a brownie mix you havent seen before. A perfect afternoon protein snack!
Ingredients
Method
115g x dark chocolate
75g x Kinetic Blends Pecan nut butter
20g x extra virgin coconut oil
70g x organic honey
3 x eggs (lion stamped)
30g x chocolate whey protein (no thickeners)
20g x walnuts (finely chopped)
30g x ground almonds
Mix together the nut butter, coconut oil and honey together. Heat gently until warm and fully combined. Add to the chocolate and mix until chocolate has melted.
Lightly whisk the eggs until combined, do not over aerate the eggs.
Mix the chocolate into the eggs then fold in the whey protein, ground almonds and the walnuts.
Pour into a lined, small baking tray so the brownie sits about 1 inch thick. Cook at 160℃ for 10-20 minutes depending on how soft you want your brownies. This recipe is best served slightly wobbly and cold. Leave in the fridge overnight, cut and serve the next day.
Personal preference is a key factor to this recipe. Make it a couple of times and cook it for different amounts of time and choose which one works for you.
