Almond & Spinach Keto Smoothie

For everyone on keto, we all know the struggles that come with breakfast. You want something that will satisfy the urge to eat a mid morning snack. This quick and simple recipe is not to be missed for those busy biohackers!    

Ingredients

 Method

250ml x Roasted almond milk (unsweetened)

3 x teaspoons Kinetic Blends Almond nut butter

2 x scoop strawberry whey protein (low carb)

¼ x lemon juice

½ x small ripe avocado

½ x small handful of spinach

6 x Ice cubes

  1. Add all ingredients into a liquidizer and blitz for 30 seconds until fully combined.
  2. We recommend this is consumed 1-2 hours post intensive training or competition if consuming for recovery reasons.
